I have found the key to preventing teen pregnancy. Have all girls be nannies. As of right now, I do not want (nor can I see) children in my future. This is a far cry from what I’ve always said I wanted … sue me.

I have a great story that I’ll post later. But for now I’m going to soothe my nerves with chocolate, Diet Coke, and Tylenol.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the national focus has been on the destruction and chaos surrounding New Orleans. However, we forget that New Orleans was not, in fact, the area of the Gulf Coast hit hardest by Katrina. That fate fell to the Mississippi coast, especially Biloxi and surrounding areas.

I’m not saying we cannot mourn the loss of jazz, bourbon, and all things New Orleans; I’m simply suggesting that we mourn *all* culture that was lost, not just some of it.
